Sarah joined the coaching staff at Boulder CrossFit during the summer of 2009 after receiving her Level 1 CrossFit Certification. Sarah started training at Boulder CrossFit in 2007 with Eric Wu, her husband and fellow trainer.
Sarah's athletic background includes performing as a member of the University of Colorado dance/cheerleading squad, competitive figure skating, and numerous years playing soccer. Like many women, Sarah was initially skeptical about CrossFit. Would she still need to get her cardio in? Or, would she get too bulky from the weight training? CrossFit banished these traditional misconceptions about fitness and weight training. Her training worked into a busy career, helped her reach her target bodyweight, and gave her strength she never knew she could have.
Sarah is a practiced Zone Diet expert with 6 years of experience, giving her unique insight and passion in helping atheletes meet their performance, health, and weight-loss goals.
